The method is very simple:
1. Lay on your back. Put your hands together in front of your chest. (You may think there is a growing taller god next to you helping your growth in the whole practice.)
2. Inhale and imagine breathing in growing taller energy from the universe into your chest.
3. Exhale and imagine spreading the energy into your body inside. You can imagine spreading the energy just to legs or from chest to all directions. During most of the time I imagine the first kind.
Important: With EACH exhalation, speak to yourself loudly inside “taller” and imagine your legs, (If you imagine the second way, then think about also your arms, and neck) extending longer. Soon you will find the power of speak is indescribable.

Ничего нового здесь нет. Аутотренинг, в который немного подмешана религия. Возможно представить что "Бог роста" помогает тебе - проще, чем надеяться на силу собственного ума, сознания.
Лично я практически тоже самое делаю каждый раз, когда ложусь спать и по ощущениям мне это действительно помогает.

Платить за такую методику, как я считаю, глупо. Если ты сам не поверишь в это, то никакая 5-ти строчна программа тебе не поможет.
